Saukham Khoy
Peter Khoy Saukam (February 2, 1915 – November 14, 2008) was Acting President of the Khmer Republic in Cambodia for 12 days in April 1975.
Born on 2 February 1915, Saukam Khoy enlisted into the Royal Khmer Army when he was 25. He achieved the rank of lieutenant-colonel in 1953 and subsequently, lieutenant-general. He became President of the Senate of the Khmer Republic in 1972.
He took office on April 1, 1975, when Lon Nol left ‘temporarily’ Cambodia with his entire family.
Khoy’s time in office was short. He left Phnom Penh together with American Ambassador John Gunther Dean aboard a CH-53 helicopter during the evacuation of American embassy staff and civilians, dubbed Operation Eagle Pull on April the 12th, five days before Phnom Penh fell to the Khmer Rouge.
Khoy died at the age of 93 in California, United States on November 14, 2008.

Long Boret
Long Boret (3 janvier 1933 – 17 avril 1975) était un homme politique cambodgien. Il se rend en France en 1953 et y poursuit ses études jusqu’en 1955.
Ministre de plusieurs cabinets dans les années 1960, il se positionne comme un opposant potentiel au régime du Prince Sihanouk en 1964.
Nommé Premier ministre en 1973, il conservera ce poste jusqu’à la chute du pouvoir républicain en 1975 et essaiera un temps, mais en vain, de négocier une capitulation honorable avec Norodom Sihanouk et les dirigeants khmers rouges.
Il sera l’une des premières victimes du nouveau régime du Kampuchéa démocratique.

Sim Sophal est comédien et acrobate. Il est formé au sein de l’équipe cirque de Phare Ponleu Selpak, où il travaille depuis 2000 en tant qu’acrobate. Depuis 2003 il participe à plusieurs tournées européennes et asiatique du cirque de PPS. En 2006, il passe une année d’étude circacienne en France. Il enseigne aujoud’hui le cirque à l’école de Battambang. Dans L’Histoire terrible… Il interprète trois rôles : Khieu Samphan, Zhou En Laï et le lieutenant, envoyé du colonel Um Savuth.
